1. General Policy
Due to the digital and service-based nature of our offerings, we maintain a specific refund policy for our various services. By engaging with Conversing AI, you agree to these terms.
2. Implementation Services
Consultation and implementation setup fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes AI configuration, workflow design, and initial development phases. However, if you cancel before work has started, a full refund may be issued minus a 10% administrative fee.
3. Subscription Services
For ongoing support subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. Refunds for the current billing period are not provided, but your service will remain active until the end of the period. No future charges will be made once a cancellation request is processed.
4. Digital Products & Courses
Self-paced AI courses and digital toolkits are eligible for a 14-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the content, provided you have completed less than 20% of the course material.
5. Exceptions
We believe in quality and client satisfaction. If our team fails to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work, we will either rectify the issue at no additional cost or offer a partial refund proportional to the undelivered portion of the project.
